To streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and a history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. We also require a valid ORIGINAL copy of your official amateur radio license issued by your country to be uploaded for review. NO REFERENCE COPY shall be accepted at all.

When signing into this ticket support system, please remember that your username is what you had specified when you created your account. It is not your DMRID. Your username is the email address that you specified upon registration, unless your username was changed.
When requesting for an extension, please select the appropriate HELP TOPIC depending on your region, whether it's an extension or trunk request, or other request. GENERAL INQUIRY will not get you an extension.
