Welcome to the Hams Over IP Support Center
New to Hams Over IP?
You no longer need to submit a support ticket to request a new Hams Over IP account or extension.
New users can now sign up directly through the Hams Over IP Premium Registration Portal:
SIGN UP NOW — premium.hamsoverip.com
The new registration system provides a streamlined signup and verification process so that eligible amateur radio operators can receive access to Hams Over IP without waiting for a support ticket to be manually processed.
A valid amateur radio license is required. Please follow the verification instructions provided during registration.
Please do not open an osTicket simply to request a new extension. New account and extension requests should be submitted through the Premium Registration Portal above.
Already Have a Hams Over IP Account?
This Support Center remains available for existing Hams Over IP users who need assistance with their service.
Please submit a support ticket for issues such as:
- PJSIP/SIP registration or authentication problems
- IAX2 connectivity or trunk problems
- Password or credential assistance
- Existing extension problems
- RF-Link or PBX/trunk assistance
- Account or service issues
- Other Hams Over IP technical support
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number that you can use to track its progress and responses online. A complete history of your support requests is also maintained in your account.
Hams Over IP is operated and supported by volunteers. Response times may vary depending on availability and the nature of your request. We appreciate your patience and continued support.
Support Center Login
When signing into this ticket support system, remember that your username is the username specified when your account was created.
For most users, your username is your email address.
Your DMR ID is not your osTicket username.

Existing US1 Users — Important
If your device was previously connecting successfully to the US1 server but is no longer able to authenticate, please submit a support ticket requesting assistance with your PJSIP password/credentials.
PBX-US1 Server Migration
The old PBX-US1 server has been decommissioned.
If you still have the IP address 155.138.242.205 configured in any device, PBX, SIP, PJSIP, or IAX configuration, you must remove it.
Use the following hostname instead:
pbx-us1.hamsoverip.com
Do not configure your equipment using the old 155.138.242.205 IP address.
Hams Over IP services should be configured using the provided fully qualified domain name (FQDN). Devices that continue attempting to register or authenticate against the old server will not connect.
If you know another Hams Over IP user who is still attempting to connect to the old server, please let them know that their configuration must be updated.
Support Hams Over IP

Aloha and 73,
